I aim to describe and photograph all artwork and prints as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
As each print is individually prepared, minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
Payment cannot be processed.
There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
The product becomes unavailable before dispatch.
I reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
I do not store your full payment card details.
6. Shipping
I will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe shown on the website.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal services, customs, weather or other circumstances outside my control.
I am not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery provider.

All artwork, images, photographs, logos, text and content on this website are owned by Paddy Holland Art, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a print or original artwork does not transfer copyright.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, used commercially or resold without my written permission.

Copy or misuse content from this website without permission.
